This is a USMLE Step 3 score report from 2018.
It was submitted to a state medical board by the examinee in support of their application for a full and unrestricted medical license. And as you can clearly see, this person passed the exam with a score of 199.
There’s just one problem with this score report.
It’s fake.
The actual score report looks like this.
In reality, this person never passed USMLE Step 3. Not then, not ever.
So would you be surprised to learn that the person whose name appears on this report ultimately received a medical license and is in practice today?
