The lecture that never got to be

Last fall, I was asked to give a talk at a meeting of program directors. The topic? How to make the Match process work better for students and programs. And you’d better believe, I was excited to do it.

And then, COVID-19 hit… and the meeting was cancelled.

But if you think a viral pandemic is enough to deter me from my efforts to put my words in program directors’ ears, well, then you’re sorely mistaken.

The lecture that never got to be.

So if you want to give life to this lecture – and advocate for changes that will make residency selection better in the post-Step 1 era – you can watch the video here.
